For Individual Renters:

• Valid Driver license

• Billing Statement ( Latest 2 months Electric or Internet Bill under your name or first degree of family)

• For Rental Apartments or house: Contract of Lease with notarized.

For Business/Company Renters:

• Certificate of Registration

• Local business Permits

For OFW/Foreign Renters:

• Passport.

• Native Driver license or International Driving Permit required 90 Days valid from their date arrival in the Philippines. Under Republic Act No. 4136.

Security Deposit is required only for selected vehicles and long term rentals minimum of 1 month.

The renter agrees to use the Vehicle for legal purposes only, and to follow all ordinances and regulations of the road. STRICTLY NO OVERLOADING.

The renter is responsible to pay for any traffic violation made by the driver, including the no contact apprehension policy (NCAP) in metro manila and other area.

1. Upon booking the renter is obliged to pay the prescribed fee imposed by the J&K CAR RENTAL.
2. However the rental fee and reservation fee is non-refundable if the renter wishes to cancel or reschedule their booking.
3. The renter shall not use said vehicle to tow or pull another vehicle or in any illegal activities.
4. The renter is not allowed to sell or loan the vehicle to any unauthorized person.
5. The renter must return the same tools and equipment of the said vehicle e. g tires, seat cover, key chain and other accessories.
6. Do not open the engine bay part without the permission of the operator. Incase of breakdown please call us.
7. No smoking and no pets allowed inside the vehicle.( P3,000 penalty charged )
8. Any form of dirt inside the vehicle will be fined the renter ( Bubble gum, dirty ceiling and seat cover, fish and meat must be put inside the cooler to avoid bad smelling inside the vehicle. Ice and any wet items/products must be put in the proper container.
9. Fuel and RFID are non refundable.
10. The renter is held responsible for any damage and liabilities of the vehicle.

Cancellation made 48 hours or more before pick-up are free of charge. Cancellation within 48 hours will incur a fee equivalent to one day rental.
